Hi, My name is Linda Hackett.  I am the person who started the business, Freemart Publications in 1995, in the small town of Duchesne, Utah.  I have always been interested in the political arena, especially in the founding and freedoms of this great country of ours.  My hero is Dr. W. Cleon Skousen.  He studied for 40 years, gleaming all the facts and information he could about the Founding Fathers and the marvelous doctument they formed in the United States Constitution.  He took another 14 years and wrote a book about his foundings, known as the Making of America, the Substance and Meaning of the Constitution. Dr. Skousen worked on helping the American people get educated on the principles in the Constitution.  He founded the Freeman Institute which was latter changed to the National Center for Constitutional Studies.  In the beginning Dr. Skousen went around to various cities teaching classes on the U.S. Constitution.  My husband and I went to the classes he taught in Duchesne, Utah.  Since then I have read his books and went to his lectures faithfully.  I decided to condense down the information in his book, Making of America, so people could get the meat of the Constitution in a short period of time.  With the permission of NCCS, I took Dr. Skousen's information and put it in a small book, intitled, The United States Constitution in a Nutshell.  From there I produced a slide presentation intitled, How to Protect Your Rights and Have More Freedom, also a auto CD of the same information, entitled How to Protect Your Freedom and the latest item I produced is a  even more condensed book with a different slant entitled, The Principles of Good Government and Power of the United States Constitution.  You can receive this version free as an email attachment.  Just send us your email address and tell us you would like it.
